Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were amazing, all new, but somewhat small. They also offered an electric tea pot and a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a nice touch. However, the phones were out and only digital communication methods were available. The service was impeccable; the staff takes great pride in making sure you are comfortable and looked after, offering exceptional professional and helpful assistance. The location, although not as glamorous, was acceptable in a quiet area surrounded by all types of flowers, giving it the feel of a botanical garden. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with very expensive options and some below average. The facilities were top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, pet amenities available, and tours/ticket assistance.
The hotel provided a mixed experience with spacious rooms featuring a separate sitting area but lacked the promised view. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff in all departments. The location, while surrounded by beautiful flowers, had some drawbacks due to guest overcrowding. The dining experience was top-notch, but value for money was questionable. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its comfy beds and excellent fitness center. The Culina staff provided top-notch service, making my experience truly delightful. The location, while beautiful, could use some improvement to match the hotel's reputation. The dining experience was exceptional, although not the best value for money.
I loved my stay at the hotel, especially for its great view of Downtown and the Hollywood sign. The room was spacious with an outdoor balcony that overlooked downtown LA, Beverly Hills, and the Hollywood hills. I appreciated the eco-friendly approach with no plastic bottles or wasted materials. However, the dining experience was not worth the high price. The location was perfect to explore all that LA has to offer.
